Mr. Clive Nicholas is a Tax Consultant and Chartered Accountant who retired as the Director General for Tax Administration after over forty (40) years of combined service to the Income Tax Department, the Revenue Board, the General Consumption Tax Department and the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He is also a graduate of Harvard Law School and was awarded the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) for his services to Jamaica. Mr. Nicholas is the Chairman of the Land Taxation Relief Board, a Director of the Financial Sector Adjustment Company Limited, Financial Institutions Services Limited, Kingston College Development Trust Fund, Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Ltd, Public Accountancy Board, Marjoblac Limited, and a trustee of the Jamaica Church Pension Scheme. He has also served as a Director of Container Services Limited and a Commissioner of the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
