Who We Are
Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances Limited (CFF) is the leading flavours and fragrance company in Jamaica. Our flavours are of the highest quality and we are the creator of many of Jamaica’s still and carbonated drinks that are enjoyed both locally and internationally. Our reputation for creating novel and unique flavours are well known. We are constantly re-inventing our formulas to remain on the cutting edge of market trends
WHAT WE DO
At CFF, we apply product development expertise to formulate concepts without forfeiting enjoyable taste. Our strong regulatory knowledge and commitment to quality has resulted in the creation of a significant portfolio flavours for every segment of the market.
CFF grew out of a multinational company, Bush Boake Allen which served Jamaica and the Caribbean for many years. In 2001, after Bush Boake Allen was purchased by another international company, the Managing Director purchased the remaining portion, re- named and registered the new company as Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances.
The company is listed as small to medium size with twenty-two permanent members of staff. In addition to the beverage market, the company provides flavours for ice-cream and baking products for the local manufacturers. CFF also exports to Caribbean & Latin American countries and Canada.
In addition to being registered with local authorities, the company also achieved the Safe Quality Food (SQF) in 2018. SQF is a global certification which is one of the highest standards for manufacturing safe quality foods, allowing CFF to export worldwide.
Our mission is to tease the senses by providing our customers with flavours and fragrances that are of the highest quality ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with our efforts.
In addition to excellent products and customer service, CFF is a leader in best practices having won the Jamaica Manufacturer’s Association Ray Hadeed award three times for best small/medium sized company. The company was also nominated two consecutive years for the prestigious National Commercial Bank Nation Builder Award.
The company’s core values are to operate with the highest level of integrity, to go the extra mile for all our customers, to take responsibility and to work together as a team.

The board of directors, management, and staff of Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Limited (CFF) continue to be mindful of our various stakeholders, working within the current environment and economic conditions caused by the recent pandemic.
As a policy, our Company remains committed to nation building with specific emphasis on improving the lives of our people through education, skills training, sports and youth empowerment within our community. These objectives are achieved through a combination of financial and other volunteering strategies which we were actively engage in during this year.
