A lawyer by profession, Mr. Howard Mitchell maintained a successful Commercial Law Practice for thirty-five (35) years, with concentrations in Mining Law and Taxation, before retiring in 2010.

Mr. Mitchell has demonstrated a strong commitment to Public Service for decades and was appointed to the Board of the National Housing Trust (NHT) in 1987 and again served as Chairman from February 2008 to June 2012. He serves as a Justice of the Peace (JP) and 2017 he was awarded the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) for outstanding service to Business and the Public Sector.


Clive Courtney Nicholas, CD CA

Clive Courtney nicholasMr. Clive Nicholas is a Tax Consultant and Chartered Accountant who retired as the Director General for Tax Administration after over forty (40) years of combined service to the Income Tax Department, the Revenue Board, the General Consumption Tax Department and the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He is also a graduate of Harvard Law School and was awarded the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) for his services to Jamaica.

Carlton Anthony Samuels

Carlton Anthony SamuelsMr. Samuels is an international consultant with an extensive body of work in areas of strategy and governance with focus on ICT4D and technology in education.

He is also actively involved in defining telecommunications policy and regulation as well as Internet policy via the policy development process of the Internet’s Domain Name System. He is also an adjunct in Information Science in the Department of Library and Information Studies in the Faculty of Humanities and Education at The University of the West Indies, Mona.

Mrs. Waldron-Gooden

Waldron GoodenMrs. Waldron-Gooden is responsible for providing Corporate Financing   solutions for clients as well as supporting Mayberry’s investment strategies through research and analysis of all assets classes in order to identify and execute on opportunities.

Mrs. Waldron-Gooden has approximately 12 years’ experience in the financial sector. She joined Mayberry Investments Limited in 2006.

Anand James

Anand JamesMr. Anand James has almost 30 years experience in the flavours and fragrances industry having worked with Bush Boake Allen Jamaica Ltd a multinational Flavour and Fragrance Company from 1989 to 2001.

After the company was acquired by an international flavour house, Mr. James bought the local operations and renamed it Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances. Mr. James, a Guyanese by birth came to Jamaica in 1984 with his wife to take up teaching positions since they are both trained teachers.
